The Paramedic hitting Midwest and East Coast in December!
“The Paramedic has ANOTHER outstanding album… Mike’s vocals are contagious and truly cement the album”.
– Substream Magazine (July 2014)
The Paramedic are hot on the heels of their new album “Diary Of My Demons” and will hit the road with Sycamour (Hopeless Records) in November and Along Came A Spider (Standby Records) in December. All dates below. The band also just announced the addition of Chris Hollywood (formerly of Black Veil Brides) on guitar. This move has been years in the making as guitarist Jake Nolan commented, "Chris and I grew up and learned how to play guitar together. We know each other inside and out as musicians and people. We were in a shitty punk band growing up and ended up parting ways for some reason. Him and Andy got BVB going and I got The Paramedic going. When we wrote Diary Of My Demons, I put in so much guitar work without even thinking about who was going to play the extra guitar parts. When it came down to it and we had to play the songs live, I knew there was only one person I had to have backing me up. So I gave him a call. I'm happy to be back on stage with him."
Chris also checked in to say, "I'm so excited to re-join The Paramedic after being out in LA for several years with my old band. "Diary Of My Demons" is a powerful and emotional record that I immediately fell in love with. I grew up with Jake from an early age and have always believed in his talent and I'm pumped to be able to share the stage with him and the rest of the guys in the band."
Their new album “Diary Of My Demons” is out everywhere now and is streaming at YouTube, Spotify and Rdio, CDs and exclusive merch are at the Bullet Tooth webstore, Best Buy and FYE, and it can be downloaded at iTunes, Amazon or BandCamp.
The first music video for the track "Who I've Become" is streaming now on VEVO. Fans can also watch lyric videos for "Proud" and "Fire Red" and watch a behind-the-scenes interview with the band in the studio!
'Diary Of My Demons' sees a maturation and growth that has been unparalleled by the band. Vocalist and lyricist Michael Luciano commented, "This album was not for the faint of heart, and I think these songs are going to show that. 'Diary Of My Demons' is an album full of darkness, anger, sadness, and self-reflection. There were some things that I needed to get off of my chest, demons that I had to let go of. What better way to let them go than by sharing my demons with the world."
"With 'Diary Of My Demons', we wanted to define who we are as a band. We pushed our boundaries musically and lyrically to tap our true potential and I think these songs truly show it,” adds guitarist/songwriter Jake Nolan.
In early 2012, the bands' dream finally came together when New Jersey based record label, Bullet Tooth, signed The Paramedic to a deal. Joining other acts such as Affiance, Throw The Fight, Death Ray Vision and more, the band is sure to reach new audiences that they only ever dreamed about. “It’s been our dream to not only be signed to a label, but also to a label that we know and trust and with Bullet Tooth, we know we are getting just that” said vocalist Michael Luciano.
